What's the difference between BB as buyer's agent vs. listing agent?+
When BB represents the buyer, she's negotiating on your behalf — finding the right home, evaluating the offer terms, watching the inspection details, and protecting your interests through closing. When BB represents the seller (listing agent), she's representing the owner — pricing strategy, marketing through the Sotheby's network, fielding offers, and getting the deal to the closing table at the best terms.
